At TrophySmack, we want to ensure your victory feels authentic, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all non-customized hardware and accessories. Please note that personalized engravings and custom championship belts are final sale due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the eligible items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original boxing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is scanned to begin the verification process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned trophies for damage, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
