How long does it take to process my custom order?
Most custom trophies and belts are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak fantasy football season, processing may take up to 5 business days before shipping.
Can I update my trophy plate if I win again next year?
Absolutely! We offer replacement engraved plates and add-on nameplates so you can keep your league's history updated on your perpetual trophy.
What is your return policy for customized items?
Since custom-engraved items are unique to your league, they are non-returnable. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an engraving error on our part, we will replace it immediately at no cost.
